is anyone used Upgrade plan feature which is introduced by servicenow currently.
We are upgrading the servicenow using this feature , once we installed the upgrade plan application in consumer environment , after that , we are not able to see this in previewed upgrade .
can anyone help me , this is very urgent issue that needs to be fixed ASAP
I noticed the same thing when I experimented with the upgrade plan. If you want to make sure that it is there, you can schedule an upgrade and you'll see the upgrade plan under the Scheduled Upgrade. But I was still unable to get it to preview when I tried it:
