Add catalog variables in My Request - RITMXXXXXX menu portal

Hello All,

 

Is there a way to add catalog variables to the My Request - RITMXXXXXX menu in portal ?

Like in blue in picture below:

I  know all the variables are shown in "Additionnal Details" tab, but I would like to show a selection of variables directly in the frame above.

Yes you will need to customize the Requests widget. But yes it's doable.
