Approval Request email notification not triggering

Hi,

I created a email notification to trigger when approval is inserted in approval table for service offering. while previewing notification it is displaying fine but notification is not triggering and can't see in email. Approvers has their email id configured. Can anyone please help me out on this why email's are not triggering for source table service offering.

Hi, Thanks for your response.

OOTB is triggering for all other tables but for source table service offering, notification is not triggering so am trying to create custom notification

If that's the case in OOTB notification add a condition to not trigger for service offering table.

And for the custom notification check if the event is triggering or not.also you need to check were this event is triggering from.Maybe that's the issue.

Or just create a notification on record or updated instead of using the event.
