Approval status on RITM is still in Requested even though all the approvals approved the request

Hi 

 

I have observed one thing in my catalog forms which were build from workflows (Not for flow designers) Approval status on RITM is still in Requested even though all the approvals approved the request and I tried in my PDI as well same issue exists How can we make the approval status to approved on RITM if all the approvals approves the request.

What does it state in your workflows? What do you see when you check the 'Show Workflow' ui action? If your workflow states that on approval the RITM needs to be approved, that should also show happening in that workflow execution.

Hi @Mark Manders  Thanks for the reply yes I can set this approval status to approved after the approvers approve the request in respective workflows but we have lot of forms like this so it will be more manual work to update all the workflows so shall we achieve it via Business rule ?

Do all those forms have their own workflow and does every workflow have it's own approval flow within it? Then I would start my making it less effort to maintain it by combining forms into one flow (if possible) and use a subflow for the approval.

Or better yet: move to flow designer.

 

You can use a BR, but that would also mean that it will be approved on every RITM, even if multiple approvals are needed from the workflow.
