We have been using blackout schedules for some time, using mainly the change request table to define criteria around Risk and Impact and change category etc, or other blackouts on specific Cis using the CI Class Source.
Thje main issue we have with this approach is not being able to combine the 2, i.e. our teams want to restriction changes against certain Cis, but allow Low risk / standard changes to continue. the Criteria is either or rather than being able to add multiple conditions as you would in a report.
Does anyone know if this is possible or would it be customisation of the blackout schedule. Ive looked around online, have seen some updates suggesting this could be achieved through the use of child schedules but I cant see how this works, any help would be appreciated.
