Hi there,

 

I require assistance troubleshooting an issue related to user responses on our virtual assistant (VA). Specifically, when users attempt to select "yes" or "no" using the provided buttons on the VA interface, it fails to register the response, and the VA does not provide any acknowledgment. Instead, users must manually type "yes" or "no" for the VA to recognize their response. Notably, this issue is observed exclusively on mobile Android phones.
