Can I do a live project after completing the Servicenow ITSM Course to gain real-time knowledge?

Hi @clifinae,

This course will help you grab the more knowledge. ITSM course will help you to understand the IM, PM, KM, SR etc.. Also keep learning the Business Rule, Client script, Script Include, UI Action, Email notification, ACL etc. This all will help you in Support project as well as Development project. Also daily Practice for Script and learn how we can customize and configure the requirement.

1. Create PDI for practice .

2. check ServiceNow community question and try to do in your PDI 

3. do course and lab on now learning
