Hello Community,

 

Need help.

 

We recently upgraded our instance to Next UI experience. 

Issue is when the users are trying to open the change record or the incident record using the link provided in the email it is taking almost 5 mins to open the record for all the users its happening who are trying to access the record using the link which is in the email.

Users are click the change record number from the email so issue starts from here, it is taking more time to load sometimes it even timesout.

 

Please suggest.
