Conflict Detection Not Working for "Change Request" Source Type

We are experiencing an issue with conflict detection functionality in our ServiceNow instance(PDI). When the source type is set to "Change Request," the conflict detection process does not function as expected. However, it works correctly when the source type is "CI Class."
