Converting Metric Values (AVG) from Seconds to Minutes or Hours

Hello,
Is there a way to format the values retrieved from a Metric (in this case, the AVG)?
The current values are displayed in seconds, but I’d like to convert them into minutes or hours.
I’ve tried using the Format Values option (highlighted in red), but it only supports rounding or flooring, not a custom mathematical formula as I need.
