I need To create an Incident Through email inbound action, The ask when that email is sent through a particular mail id
when to Create
Send to:-abcd12@gmail.com for example when anyone send to this mail and sent from these below mails only incident needs to create
Send from:- agdujdj@gmail.com, agdvygeh@gamil.com, testing@gmail.com.
Please anyone help on this.
