Hello All,
I am creating an ATF Test for a Catalog item and the Mandatory Attachment is true for that catalog item. After setting the variable values, I have added the step 'Add Attachments to Form (SP)' to attach an attachment but when I run the test, I am getting this error 'FAILURE: Validations failed. Failed to Order Item'.
Has anyone encountered such error? What can be the solution or workaround?
Any help would be much appreciated!

Attachment will not get attach.
It depends upon the customizations.
It is the known issue.
Here is the KB article.

then it won't work with that attachment mandatory checkbox.
It's a limitation with ATF.
If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.

are you able to submit it manually?
Are you having any script which validates the file type?

@Ankur Bawiskar
I am able to submit it manually.
There is no script.
A field on the Catalog item 'Mandatory Attachment' is true to make the attachment mandatory before submission.
Please see the screenshots

@Ankur Bawiskar
Unchecking that checkbox, test passes but the attachment is not added,
even though the attachment step in the results says 'Successfully uploaded attachment(s) to record 'Apple iPhone 13' on table 'sc_cat_item'
