FAILURE: Validations failed. Failed to Order Item - ATF

Hello All,

I am creating an ATF Test for a Catalog item and the Mandatory Attachment is true for that catalog item. After setting the variable values, I have added the step 'Add Attachments to Form (SP)' to attach an attachment but when I run the test, I am getting this error 'FAILURE: Validations failed. Failed to Order Item'.

Has anyone encountered such error? What can be the solution or workaround?
Any help would be much appreciated!

Attachment will not get attach.

It depends upon the customizations.

It is the known issue.

then it won't work with that attachment mandatory checkbox.

It's a limitation with ATF.

In addition to Ankurs suggestions:

have you checked the screenshot for step 5? Maybe the Order Item really couldn't be submitted. Sometimes an error message or a mandatory field is shown in the screenshot for failed steps.

The problem I think is not with the Order Step, When the test run reaches the Add attachment step, I can see that the files get attached along with paper clip icon in a different way, the files do not get attached in that way when you attach them manually on the form.
