How do I populate the kb_use table?

Hello everyone,

I'm currently having the following problem:

I have a table that is a child of kb_knowledge. It has a view count field, and it updates normally. However, no records are generated in kb_use when I view an item from this table.

Could someone help me?

view where? I believe it will be updated if you see that on portal or UI to open knowledge.

View from which table? the update should be when users view the knowledge - not from kb_use.
