How to access to service portal without putting "sp" at the link end?

I' newer in servicenow and i'm doing the learning phase.

on the first chapter, we explain how to access to service portal in adding "sp" at the end link and on the second chapter, we ask me to access to service portal with all menubut, i don't find that.

Please, can you help me? sorry for the disturb.

Search "portals" in ALL menu and select service portal record .next click on "try it" ui action(button) on top right of form.
