How to add additional information below the submit button of the catalog form in service portal

Hi, I have a requirement to add some additional information below the submit button on the catalog form on the service portal (see the image) :

is it possible to add any information there? If so, could someone suggest a solution how to implement this?

that section only highlights variables which are mandatory so that user knows which all mandatory variables are to be submitted.

Why to add some additional information?

It comes from widget and it's OOB.
