Hi everyone,
I need help updating my email address for both ServiceNow University (Now Learning) and the ServiceNow Community. My accounts are currently linked to my work email, and I want to add or switch to my personal email to keep access to my learning history and community profile.
Can someone guide me on:
- Whether I can add/change my email directly in the profile settings,
- Or if I need to contact Now Learning Support / Community Admin to update it,
- And whether my badges, certifications, and community reputation stay intact after the change.

Though KB0012564 & KB0011832 is available for your guide, yet I will suggest you to
log a case to Servicenow University and take their help.
All my colleagues who changed the organization , followed the same.
I did a mainline certification on 2018 which I lost due to this merging activity/company change and had to earn that again.
So to be in safe side, Take ServiceNow Support's help.
