How to avg number of ticket resolved per individual per month and Per Day

Hi Team, 

I want to create a dashboard which consist of avg number of ticket resolved per individual in Quarter in dashboard it should come like months (Apr, May & June) & Avg how many tickets resolved Per Day.

Kindly suggest what filter i can apply for that.
