Hi @Garvit1 ,
Not really - the only thing you then can do, is the OOTB functionality that ServiceNow has provided. Create a column chart and make the group by to "created". This will get you the OOTB settings:

Hi Maik,
I don't have access to this, as i have access to user interface only, in terms of user point of view i need to create a dashboard for the team which shows the bracket 0-2 days, 3-7 days incidents are open, is it possible without running any script
