How to move Catalgoue ITEM which was created via Catalogue builder to UAT and Prod ?

Hello Team,

How to move Catalgoue ITEM which was created via Catalogue builder to UAT and Prod ? Where these changes will capture in UpdateSet ? Catalogue builder or Catalogue Admin doesn't have access to create UpdateSet, then how to move changes to Prod ? Please help.

They are not getting option to create or select UpdateSet in Dev.
