Hello Everyone,
As shown in the screenshot, we added "Search Fallback Topic" to the fallback, and now whenever we type any keyword in the default (without selecting a custom topic), it will return a result with the knowledge article or catalog items.
However, it will in some cases it display the catalog and in the more, we can find the knowledge article. Still, we require that it only provide the knowledge articles, or first all the related knowledge articles and then the catalog.
Does anyone have any ideas about where we should make the changes?
