Hi Expert,
I recently compared the Washington D.C. and Xanadu versions of Service Operations Workspace and noticed some button changes. I tried checking ServiceNow's official documentation for information about this, but I couldn't find anything. Does anyone know why these buttons were removed?

Hi @Community Alums ,
As per your sreenshot, you just need to add another report called "incidents assigned to you" on the homepage, then it will like your washington SOW landing page.
To add the same, follow these steps:
The "Service Operations Workspace" (SOW) homepage comes up with a default report as shown below,
The Out of the Box (OOB) provided "Service Operations Workspace" homepage is read-only, however, when the user wanted to customize or add additional reports to this homepage, the following steps are to be followed,
- Duplicate the Out of the Box (OOB) SOW homepage as shown below,
- Then set the lower order for this newly created duplicate page as shown below, so this custom page will be picked up over the Out of the Box (OOB) read-only page while rendering Service Operations Workspace (SOW) homepage.
- This newly created custom page will be editable, to edit/add new reports to it, go to the duplicated page and then open the "ViewPort" component which will open the sub-page, in this sub-page, you can add any new Visualization with any table as per your business requirement in it, and your new visualization will be included on the homepage.

Hello @Community Alums,
Thank You! for the reply.
Currently, I am trying to configure the buttons. As you mentioned above, that is okay, but I have created a button, "Open List in New Tab," but it does not open in a new tab for "Incidents Assigned to You." I have attached the client script for that, but it is not redirecting.
Additionally, I am trying to find out why this functionality was removed by ServiceNow.
