Incident creation Via (inbound email action)

Hi Community,

 

Hope you all are doing well,

 

I would like to create an Incident whenever I send an email through my to xyz1234@servicenowdevopers.com instance.

 

I have enable the email properties and use * in domain to accept all the domain after that I have created  Email account  with POP3 Protocol same setting I enabled from my GMail account - test connection result was successful and created the inbound email action for the same.

 

The result is not as per the expectation . INC is created in SNOW but whatever email I am sending o receving on my Gmail, but my goal was incident created only for those email which I have send to my PDI not to others.
