Incident Field to kb_feedback_task form

HI,

I need to add a field from the incident form to the kb_feedback_task form, but the reference of the kb_feedback_task table is to the Task table and not to the Incident table,.

I would appreciate help ,Thanks!

Create a new column mapped with task table and apply the condition on Task Type = Incident.

its still doesnt work, when i go to form lauot and click on incident+ it open only the task fields

you can check the number column 

query >> does this incident form has this kb task column as reference ?
