To confim, there are lof of attributes which needs to be checked. With limited access to your instance its hard to estimate it. i hope you understand... i have given my check points earlier...

HI @ARAVINDA11 ,
If you want to confirm if the integration exist or not you can simply check 2 areas.
1. Check for credentails table to see if there is any creds for SAP HR (as auth is important for any integration this will clear if the integration exisit.)
2. Go to rest API messages module / flow designer check for SAP HR realted records or activities to confirm if the integration exisit.
3. Check for schedule job module in script field search for end points of SAP HR.
4. Check in workflow modules (flows) to see if the integration is triggered in workflow.

@Sohail Khilji I found it they created a custom table called file import schedule with the selection of mid server
please check attachment below can you please confirm how the system Servicenow is reading the changes and importing into servicenow based on the SAP changes is it because of MID server doing the job or any automation is involved
