To confim, there are lof of attributes which needs to be checked. With limited access to your instance its hard to estimate it. i hope you understand... i have given my check points earlier...

For field, mapping you need to check teh rest message, which tell you how the 2 tables and fields are mapped.

On the above screenshot you see import set table open the table and see which transform map is associated to this data source.
Open that transform map from the navigator there you will be able to see the field mapping associated to this datasource.
