Issue Cannot start Flow Designer Micro Cert Exam

I have completed all the prerequisites for the flow designer micro certification and enrolled. But when I click start exam, it tells me there are prerequisites required when I've already completed them all see below.

There may be some piece in one of the areas that is not complete.  Cannot tell from your screenshot.  Howeevr you can go to https://nowlearning.servicenow.com/lxp/en/pages/now-learning-help-center?id=nl_kb_home and create a case for the NowLearning team to look into your issue.

Make sure you complete the course first. Click on Prerequisites required then it will take you the training which is required first before exam.

Hi @laddo ,

1. Make sure you have completed all prerequisites.

2.  Still same issue found , create  case from now learning account and wait for response. It takes time but  your issue will be resolved.
