Hi all,
I want to launch a different Virtual Agent Topic within a topic I am working on when the user gets to a specific point of the flow (as shown in the picture provided) instead of having the user exit out of the current topic and searching the other topic as needed. Searching the forums, I couldn't get a straight answer to this problem. Would anyone know a solution? I am working within the Utah version of ServiceNow.
