Location field customization on Incident form

Hi Team,

I have a requirement like below,

When manually populating a Location reference field on Incident form and in all views (including SOW), the type ahead search should do an automatic "contains" search without requiring an asterisk to find the right location

How to achieve this.

yes, before going to user preference need to disable the system property firt.

but disabling that property will have instance impact.

Did you only try what's mentioned in the KB?

If it works with only that then property change not required

Try to use ref_auto_completer=contains on the reference field
