Hi everyone,
I'm working on a migration project from Xanadu to Yokohama and have encountered an issue with missing plugins in the Test instance of Yokohama.
In the Dev instance of Yokohama, I can see and use multiple plugins, including:
Service Graph Connector for Microsoft Intune
Software Asset Workspace
Asana Integration
Adobe Integration
Microsoft 365 Integration Profiles
However, when I check the Test instance, these plugins are not available in All Applications → All or Plugin Management.
Troubleshooting Steps Taken:
Searched in Application Manager but couldn’t find them.
Checked System Definition → Plugins, but they are missing.
Attempted to check the ServiceNow Store, but received an error:
"Please log into the Store and 'Manage Entitlement' for each application."
Questions:
Is there a reason why plugins available in the Dev instance of Yokohama are missing in the Test instance?
Do I need to manually request entitlements for these plugins for each instance?
Is there a way to sync the installed plugins from Dev to Test?
Could this be related to licensing or instance-specific entitlements?

did someone manually install those in TEST?
Test and Dev are on same patch etc?
You cannot sync plugins.
Those are to be activated in respective instance only.

Hi @monishasp ,
- Is this test instance your UAT instance, or was it recently received from ServiceNow for upgrade testing?
- Were these plugins manually enabled in development previously, or do they exist by default?
- Were these plugins available in the test environment before the upgrade to Yokohama?
If all these are verified, I would recommend that you open a case (HI) with ServiceNow for assistance.
Thank you,
Hemanth
