Need to change Virtual agent name appeared on Teams

We are seeing Virtual agent Name different from what we have on Servicenow on teams.

I don't have it activated in my PDI and nor any of my current projects, so I can't tell it for sure, but give it a try here:

 

Conversational Interfaces > Settings > Vir

Hi @Kumar54 ,

 

To change the name of chat bot in ServiceNow. Type Conversational Interface in navigator and click on Home as shown below.

Click on Brand your bot and then Default branding. From there you can change the name using chat header.

If you want to change on MS teams side, that can be done MS team admin. Check below references:
