Need to edit change request values

Hi All,

How can  modify the assignment group value from an change template.

I'm trying to change assignment value from Modify Template but not able to change.while saving its showing all field in red and redirect to proposal is there any another solution?
I have changed in proposal but the changes is not reflecting under template.
