I need to send the notification for incident when assigned to field is empty for more than 24 hours. Could anyone please let me know how to achieve. Please help me with the script.
I'd recommend using an SLA for this. Set the start condition to 'assigned to is empty' and the stop condition to 'assign to is not empty'. You can then use the SLA flow / workflow to trigger the required notification.
