Not able to see Content Management Application in Servicenow

Not applicable

Hi Team,

We have raised HI case for plugin activation for content management , the plugin name is "com.glide.cms"

We can see the plugin in the plugin table but the modules are not installed/visible.

Can you assist or let me know what action to take?

Hi @Community Alums ,

Instead of activating CMS, use Service Portal for new development. Service Portal is an alternative to CMS with a refined user experience, and is active by default in the base system. See Service Portal and Content Management and Service Portal.

Hi @Community Alums

the CMS application is deprecated and cannot be activated any longer by new customers. ServiceNow calls this state "Maintenance only". See https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/utah-release-notes/page/release-notes/eol/plugin-changes-r-to-u.h...
