Hello,
I am not able to receive my OTP emails while I try to login to the Servicenow University and I asked the support through SSO. It asked my username and password and then it is not resolving my issue and showing "I'm having technical issues and won't be able to continue this conversation." what should I do now, how to resolve this issue. Please help me in resolving this issue @Jim Poisson

Use 'Need assistance with sign in?' option and it should resolve your issue
If it does not work, send email to them at nowlearning@servicenow.com

If you have another method where OTP is working [email or sms] or option to add new verification method to Sign-in, try to login and submit a case with now learning help center

Can you please confirm me , this is on PDI or higher environment ?
