Hello,
I am not able to receive my OTP emails while I try to login to the Servicenow University and I asked the support through SSO. It asked my username and password and then it is not resolving my issue and showing "I'm having technical issues and won't be able to continue this conversation." what should I do now, how to resolve this issue. Please help me in resolving this issue @Jim Poisson

Use 'Need assistance with sign in?' option and it should resolve your issue
If it does not work, send email to them at nowlearning@servicenow.com

If you have another method where OTP is working [email or sms] or option to add new verification method to Sign-in, try to login and submit a case with now learning help center

The issue has now been fixed, and you should be able to receive the OTP and log in successfully.
For a smoother experience, we recommend setting up the Authenticator App for hassle-free login in the future. Please refer to this KB article for guidance on MFA setup:

Hi Mr, @Jim Poisson. I still have this issue that is not receiving OTP on my email when I'm trying to login to ServiceNow University and I can't login or open KB. Can you help me in that and I need your support?

Thanks for your support
I am currently unable to log in to the Now Portal and ServiceNow University using my account.
When attempting to sign in, I am prompted to enter an OTP. However, I am not receiving the OTP email in my mailbox, which is preventing me from accessing the system.

Kindly assist in resolving this issue as soon as possible.
