Pass Grafana Alert Details to ServiceNow Case

Hello all, I have added ServiceNow as a contact point via webhook in Grafana so that alerts in Grafana will become new cases in ServiceNow. I followed the documentation here: Integrate Grafana events (servicenow.com) 

 

However, I am now getting blank field details in each new case that is created. I would like to pass information from the Grafana alert to ServiceNow such as the alert priority or account name. Has anyone worked on this issue or know a resolution?

Hi, this link is helpful but I am not seeing anything specific to Grafana. I have the webhook configured and testing successfully. I am wondering how to get the Grafana-specific information to ServiceNow.
