Preview this record information panel disappears when a ticket is taken out of the 'New' state - if you assign a ticket to yourself or anyone you can no longer preview the information about the caller meaning the SD has to go through different platform to get more information. See attached screenshots for information
The state is changed to - In progress and Information field disappeared -
