Problem table is missing for service offering field dictionary override

When I try to create the dictionary override to service offering field for Problem table. 

Problem table is not visible under the list of tables.

I have checked, problem table is extending the Task table. 

still not working. 

If anyone have any ideas, please let me know.

Can you share a screenshot? On my (OOB) PDI, it's there:

It is available in my PDI too but I am working on a different instance, there it was not available.

I have inserted the record via background script without any issues.
