Related List Tab shows out of alignment for the last tab in browser

Hello all,

Having an issue with a Related List where seemingly the last Related List tab ("Site Instructions" is selected) shows mis-aligned in the list of tabs.  This is regardless of browser zoom.  The issue also happens in both Edge and Chrome browsers.

 

Any suggestions?
