Related Problem List

I would want to create a "Related Problem List" Tab to the side of the Resolution Information Tab and that Resolution Information Tab needs to be associated with a Problem from the Problem Management Table, how do I go about it

Hi @PreethamR ,

 

i guess this is on the incident table - correct? If true, what is then the business case for this? As you know, out of the box you have the related records list where a reference field to the problem table exists.

Yes, it is on the incident table on which the Related List Record tab needs to be shown. The Business case requirement is to have the Related fields of a problem that is shown of the Problem when viewed it in the problem table, needs to have those same fields and the field values shown under the "Related Records List" tab when selected it

Hi @PreethamR you can do it in the Configure > Related lists or in the Configure > Form Design.

 

both accessible from the “burger menu” (three lines) in the left upper corner on a particular form, both options would be associated with a particular view.
