Hello Experts,
I have been asked a question about selecting multiple CIs on a change. I see a solution for adding multiple CIs but it still only allows for adding one CI at a time. In our case we are implementing a change using Microsoft end point manager that will effect all desktop computers. It would not be practical to add every computer individually. Is there a solution to add all CIs in a particular class. If I could select the computer Class that would indicate every CI in the class was be effected by the change?
Just wondering if there is a solution to this when needed to add several hundred CIs.
Thanks

At the bottom of the change you should see a related list called affected CIs. This willows you to add multiple additional CIs to a change. Once you select a class there is even an add all button availible. Below is a screenshot of what you should see when you click add.
