Tag Icon in incident form

Hi Community,

We are migrating to CSM, the tag icon will not be populated in the CSM/FSM workspace incident form after migrating.

Can anyone help me how to enable the tag icon?

You can open this table 'sys_aw_form_header' and open the incident table record. and check the hide tag option.

Additionally, you can find the belows points:

  • Check the UI Configuration: Ensure that the tag icon is enabled in the workspace settings. Go to the workspace configuration and check if the tag field is included in the layout.

  • Field Settings: Make sure that the tags field is correctly configured. Go to the incident form and verify that the tags field is present and set to display.

  • Access Control Rules: Check if there are any access control rules that might be preventing the display of the tags. Make sure that users have the necessary permissions to view and edit tags.

  • Workspace Configuration: In the workspace designer, confirm that the tag widget is added to the incident form. You may need to customize the workspace to include this feature.

Checked all information, that you have provided. But Issue is not solved at, we have any configurations to check?
