Hi, I have created a catalog item. I want when it’s submitted and RITM is generated, an approver request should be triggered to a user (for example Abel Tutor), And an email should be sent to the requester. Email contents will be provided by Abel Tutor.
How to configure this?

Hi @Gaurav69 ,
Create flow and whenever RITM generated , you can add the action called 'Ask for approval' then after that you can send Notification action from that you can able to configure your requirement.
then add this flow to created catalog item.
