Azure DevOps workflow going to multiple assignment groups- this doesn't seem
possible so l am wondering if we don't have two different workflows operating
differently. Like maybe one is our UAR process and one is merely an Azure access
request. l am not sure but if we can locate this difference we can pull the right
resources together to correct this.
