As Cybersecurity becomes more prevalent these days, it is not always easy to validate the person on the other end of an e-mail address or phone call.
Does ServiceNow currently have a process that we can use to validate a customer on the other side of the incident/request? This process would preferably tie into our existing authentication method of using the Authenticator app on a mobile device, but I am open to all suggestions!

Hi Tristan,
a complete software solution (on-premises or Cloud) exists from FastPassCorp integrated directly with ServiceNow, to validate users based on group memberships and available information and MFAs for the user: https://www.fastpasscorp.com/secure-password-processes-with-servicenow/
The process is determined based on Category in ServiceNow.
Have a look
