Validate Date Range in Service Request

I have 2 dates that I need to validate the difference between and am stuck.

Here is the requirements that have been asked

Date 1 - can not be further out than TODAY + 21 days

Date 2 - can not be further out than 30 days passed Date 1

I was able to use a UI policy and have

But that uses TODAY +30 and errors out if you are further out.

I'm stuck.  Any ideas?
