Want to remove request number and want to put RITM number in the request page

found this link which has the steps and no scripting required, see if that works for you as well

Display of the request number under RITM in the My requests widget  - response from snowuser yt

I was able to achieve using the steps shared in above link

Hi @NeethuB  

 

OOB the requests are supposed to display the REQ# as a single request can have more than one requested Items. So, If you tend to change this behavior you will need to create a new page rather changing the current one as the list widget behavior cannot be changed.

i know but we are not showing the REQ# we want to show RITM #. Can you help me in that

 

Unfortunately this is not going to be a easy change as far as I know. You will need to do a lot of customization, My suggestion would be to raise a Hi ticket to get the support from serviceNow.

identify the widget, make the necessary changes, add this newly cloned widget to your page

widget name - "My Requests"

Remember that widget also shows INC, etc
