DEV: "compose Email" on a case applies the standard email template: sendTo, CC, Subject, branded Body with Footer
PROD: "compose Email" on a case applies only sendTo, CC, Subject, but the branded body is not reflected.
Interestingly: only on Workspace it does not work. On legagy interface it works just as it should and applies the full email template
Is there a setting influencing which template is being applied as standard?
