Expert Feedback Loop making mess in Intents

I am curious if anyone else noticed this?

The Expert Feedback Loop improvements are awesome but at the same time, it makes a MESS within the Intent!

 

An example, I have "I need the status of RITM000000 , the numbers are made up for this. The RITM and INC number is using an entity, we also have WEB and the HRC numbers. I just noticed in the intent, there are many variations of asking for status of a ticket in the intent by the expert feedback loop and the numbers are not using the entity (that part makes sense) What does not make sense, if I have a phrase in the intent already that the NLU will find as a match, why is the Expert feedback loop picking up that new phrase?  I accept it, then have to remember to go to the intent and either map to an entity or remove the phrase since it is already in the intent.

I worry that I will be in a constant loop with this effort. Is the worry a realized thing?

 

I just discovered this today so wondering and figured I would ask.  Off to fixing the intents 😞
